Redesigning the Account Experience for a Greener Future
Greenweez, a leading French e-commerce platform specializing in organic and eco-responsible products, needed a complete UX/UI refresh for its user account section: including profile, settings, cart, and notifications.
The existing experience was outdated and inconsistent. The goal: modernize the interface, improve usability, and align with the company’s evolving design system.
Project Breakdown
🌿 Scope of Work:
UX Research · UX Design · UI Design
💡 Approach:
Using the Double Diamond framework, the redesign process unfolded in four key steps:
1️⃣ User Research & Competitive Analysis

A user survey and competitor analysis revealed insights into how users managed their account preferences and where they faced friction.
2️⃣ Sketching & Early Testing

Initial ideas were translated into wireframes and tested with users to validate the direction before moving forward.
3️⃣ Wireframes & Sitemap

Digital wireframes and an updated sitemap were created to support clearer navigation and a more intuitive structure. These were reviewed with target users for additional feedback.
4️⃣ High-Fidelity Mockups

Final mockups were built using the new design system, with custom components added as needed to support visual consistency across the platform.
🤝 Collaboration across teams: including marketing, customer service, and engineering ensured the redesigned flows were not only user-friendly but also aligned with business and technical requirements.

✨ Outcome:
A redesigned, mobile-friendly account experience that enhances usability, simplifies navigation, and reflects Greenweez’s values of clarity, sustainability, and customer care.
